About This Investigation
A single-domain diagnostic. Pick one leak — Quality, CX, Hiring, Governance, or POSH. We investigate it.
You get a 1-week async investigation, a Pattern Report identifying the behavioral root cause, a Leak Map showing where the leak originates and where it spreads, and one high-impact action recommendation.
What You Get
- Pattern Report — the behavioral root cause behind the leak
- Leak Map — visual map of where the leak originates and spreads
- One high-impact action — the single recommendation that closes the leak
Who This Is For
- Founders who suspect a leak but can’t pinpoint it
- COOs who need a fast, focused diagnostic before committing to a full audit
- HR leaders who need to investigate one specific problem area
Timeline
1 week from scoping to delivery.
What the Deliverables Look Like
- The Leak Map: a one-page table you can act from on its own, holding each finding in plain language, the named pattern behind it, the loop stage, the estimated monthly cost with its basis, a severity rating, and the recommended next step.
- The Pattern Report: 10–15 pages holding three to seven findings. Each finding carries the evidence it rests on, the pattern’s name, its 7-stage loop, a cost estimate with the basis stated, and a falsifiability note saying how the claim could be proven wrong. It closes with the one systemic read connecting the findings, what was not examined, and the next actions.
- A 60-minute read-through call: the Leak Map first, findings second, next steps last.
The Two-Week Flow
Fieldwork itself runs one week, inside a two-week arc from agreement to final report. Day 0: the written scope note is agreed and the advance is received; the scope note names your domain, the question in your own words, and what is explicitly out of scope. Day 1: a 30-minute kickoff call to book the interviews. Days 2–8: fieldwork, with document review, three to five structured interviews, and one or two on-site observations where the domain needs them. Days 9–11: analysis, loops mapped, costs modelled. Day 12: the draft passes the quality gate. Day 13: the read-through call. Day 14: the final report and Leak Map are delivered.
The Risk Line
Said plainly: the Leak Scan covers one domain, and remediation implementation, training delivery, and other departments stay out of scope, by design. No honest investigator guarantees business outcomes; attrition, defect rates, and compliance behaviour move for many reasons. And once an investigation has begun, it is non-refundable and the 50% advance is not returned. The full terms are in the Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
