Investigation is a time-bound engagement. Once an investigation has begun, no refunds are issued. The 50% advance is non-refundable.
Pattern Sessions, Handwriting Analysis, and other B2C engagements are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours notice.
Self-paced courses are non-refundable once access is provided. If you have not accessed the course, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Physical books purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return policy. Direct PDF purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Self-paced workbooks and tools are non-refundable once access is provided.
To cancel an engagement before it begins, email support@evolvewithrashi.in. If cancellation is requested before the investigation has started, the 50% advance may be refunded at EWR’s discretion.
Payments processed via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay’s terms. EWR is not responsible for payment processing delays.
