The core talk is Pattern Intelligence: why behaviour at work repeats, how to read it as a 7-stage loop, and the one action that interrupts it. It adapts by audience: compliance culture for operations and HR teams, POSH beyond the paperwork, attrition read as a pattern for leadership offsites, and Six Sigma applied to human behaviour for quality forums. For students and early-career audiences, there is The Unsaid Job: how work actually flows and who actually decides.
A 30–45 minute keynote with Q&A; a 45–60 minute webinar for distributed teams; a one-day or two-day corporate investigation workshop where teams bring a real leak and map it; and panel or fireside formats on request. Sessions run in English or Hindi, on-site or virtual. NGOs and educational institutions are taken pro bono or travel-only.
After a booking is confirmed, the organizer receives the session outline and learning outcomes for the event agenda, the AV and room requirements in one short list, a speaker introduction you can read aloud as written, and a short professional bio with a photo. For workshops, a pre-session note on what participants should bring. Slides are shared as a PDF afterward where agreed in the engagement terms.
Rashi Mathur spent 17 years in Quality, CX, Training, and Governance across the US, Germany, Spain, Japan, and the UK, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a graphologist, and a POSH-certified professional. Every talk carries that investigation discipline; no hype, no platitudes.
A talk is a talk: it changes how a room sees a problem, and it doesn't replace an investigation, an audit, or professional advice. Booking, cancellation, and payment terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions. If you’re organizing an event, the next step is the speaking request form: one form, a written reply with dates and fees, no back-and-forth needed.
