By engaging EvolveWithRashi (EWR), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. EWR provides investigation services, not consulting or coaching services.
EWR offers organizational investigations (LeakMap), career investigations (Career Connect), and life pattern investigations (The Untaught Life). Each engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered as a fixed engagement.
B2B engagements follow a written diagnostic flow: you submit a form, we review and scope a proposal with a fixed price, 50% advance on engagement, 50% on delivery.
The price is the price. EWR does not negotiate pricing. Payment links are provided via Razorpay. B2C engagements are paid in full at booking.
Investigation is a time-bound engagement. Once an investigation has begun, no refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for details.
All Pattern Reports, Leak Maps, and investigation deliverables remain the intellectual property of EvolveWithRashi. You receive a license to use the deliverables internally.
EWR maintains strict confidentiality. All information shared during an investigation is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the engagement.
EWR provides investigation and analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
