Career Pattern Session

90 minutes, one-to-one with Rashi. The core investigation.

  • The pattern, in one sentence. “Every time X happens, you do Y, and Z follows.”
  • A 7-stage loop map, drawn live in the session: trigger, activation, action, relief, cost, guilt, resolution.
  • The root: where the pattern was learned, and whether the environment it was built for still exists.
  • A counter-pattern: one small, specific interrupt aimed at the moment before the action.
  • A written report within 24 hours, plus a 14-day test plan with an evidence log format.
  • Follow-up: a check-in at day 7, and a review of your evidence log at day 14.

Handwriting Pattern Analysis

60–90 minutes. A behavioural reading of your handwriting.

  • A features table in writing: pressure, slant, baseline, spacing, size, margins, rhythm, each with what it suggests.
  • A behavioural sketch: a short written narrative of what the features point to together.
  • The tensions surfaced: the one or two questions your writing raises, stated plainly.
  • Clear framing: behavioural, not predictive, and one input among several. Never a personality verdict.
  • A next step if you want one: a bridge into a Pattern Session to map the loop underneath a tension.

Parent-Child Career Alignment

Two sessions, both of you present. Alignment, not mediation.

  • Both concerns on record: the parent’s specific worry and the child’s specific frustration, named separately.
  • The inherited pattern: what the parent’s own career story has to do with the pushing on stream choice.
  • The cost of the current dynamic, for each side, in plain words.
  • A written agreement: one sentence from each side on what changes at home.
  • A counter-pattern for career conversations that both of you agreed to in the room.
  • A shared summary report that parent and child each receive.

How a Session Runs

From booking to the day-14 review. No black box.

1. BOOK & PAY

Pay through the Razorpay link on the session card. Your slot is confirmed, and a pre-session brief arrives by email.

2. 48 HOURS BEFORE

Three things to think about: what has happened three times or more, the last time it happened, and what you have already tried.

3. THE 90 MINUTES

Three movements: map the loop, trace the root, design the counter-pattern. Online or in person.

4. WITHIN 24 HOURS

Your written session report lands in your inbox: loop map, root, counter-pattern, 14-day test plan.

5. DAY 7

A short check-in. How is the counter-pattern running? One line is fine.

6. DAY 14

The review. You send a one-paragraph summary of what changed. If the counter-pattern didn’t hold, that’s data, and the design gets adjusted.

Inside the 90 minutes

The first ten minutes set the frame: this is an investigation, not a consultation. Minutes 15 to 35 map the full loop on one page, all seven stages. Minutes 35 to 60 trace the root: where the pattern was learned, and what it protected the original person from. Minutes 60 to 75 design the counter-pattern, a small response aimed at the half-second before the action. The last fifteen minutes set the test: where you’ll run it, what the pushback will feel like, and who your witness is.

Sessions run 90 minutes as standard. Domain Forensics and deeper engagements may run 120; the extra time goes to the root.

The pattern: every time a senior stakeholder opens the floor, R. stays quiet, and the same “contribute more” feedback follows.

The loop map (abridged): trigger, the floor opens. Activation, “someone else will say it better.” Action, silence, points saved for the one-on-one later. Relief, no risk of being wrong in public. Cost, two appraisal cycles with the same feedback theme. Resolution, over-prepares for the next meeting, and the loop resets.

The root: learned in a household where being wrong in front of elders was expensive. The pattern was intelligent there. The environment changed; the pattern didn’t.

The counter-pattern: one spoken sentence before the meeting ends. Every meeting, for a fortnight.

What an institutional engagement delivers

Both audits follow the same arc: a scoping conversation, an evidence window, a findings report, and a walkthrough with leadership. The fee and timeline are fixed in a written scope proposal before any work starts, so the institution approves the questions before paying for the answers.

The audits draw on EWR’s education pattern work, so findings are mapped against patterns seen across the sector, not against generic benchmark tables.

The practice behind the page

Career Connect is run by Rashi Mathur, founder and principal investigator. For 17 years she led global Quality and Training functions across BPO, manufacturing, and tech, building SOPs, running Six Sigma projects, and training leadership teams. The Pattern Intelligence Method came out of that work: the same root-cause rigour, pointed at behavioural patterns. She’s a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified graphologist.

What that means for you: the session structure, the question bank, the report format, and the follow-up sequence are documented and repeatable. You’re buying a process, not an improvisation.

What this is, and what it isn’t

A session is not therapy, and it isn’t career coaching. Rashi doesn’t diagnose, treat, or counsel clinical conditions. If the investigation surfaces something that needs clinical attention, she’ll say so plainly and point you to a qualified professional. Nothing here guarantees an outcome either: you leave with a map and a 14-day test, and the testing is yours to run.
