What You Get

Every track states its deliverables up front. Here is exactly what your fee buys.

Track 1: Career Patterns (₹50,000 | $750)

Six 90-minute one-to-one investigation sessions with Rashi, held every two weeks, capped at ten mentees per cohort so the attention stays personal. Everything lands in writing.

Track 2: Identity & Leadership (₹30,000 | $450)

The circle track. Six two-hour group sessions with a small circle of women, plus three 90-minute individual sessions with Rashi, one each month. Circles are capped at eight women and grouped by career stage, so the peer feedback is relevant.

Alumni Check-In (₹2,000 | $30)

One 60-minute one-to-one session with Rashi, for women who have finished either track. Most alumni use it as a quarterly review of the tracker and the 90-day plan, or to open the next pattern investigation.

Corporate Sponsorship (Custom)

Organizations sponsor seats for women in their teams, usually on the circle track. Sponsor three or more women and the circle track is billed at ₹40,000 per mentee. Your organization receives an anonymized aggregate pattern report for the sponsored cohort, useful input for leadership development and women’s retention planning. Use the request link on the sponsorship card above for a scope proposal.

One scholarship seat per cohort: 50% off the circle track for a woman from an underrepresented background. Apply with a 300-word essay on the question the whole program turns on: what pattern am I ready to break? Rashi selects the recipient herself.

How It Runs

A twelve-week investigation with a fixed structure, run in cohorts that start in January, April, July and October.

WEEKS 1-2

Intake, handwriting sample, career history, first session

WEEKS 3-4

Graphology review, diagnostic results, patterns named

WEEKS 5-6

Action design: one action, its safeguard, the 14-day start

WEEKS 7-8

Tracker review, adjustments, 30-day tracker begins

WEEKS 9-10

Deepening: a second pattern, if the first is shifting

WEEKS 11-12

90-day plan, Pattern Report, graduation, alumni circle

Cadence

Track 1 meets Rashi every two weeks, one to one. Track 2 runs the circle every two weeks and adds one individual session each month. Between sessions you are never idle: the journals, letters and trackers are the fieldwork, and each one is reviewed at the next session, not filed away.

How Enrollment Works

You apply with your career history and a 300-word answer to one question: what pattern am I ready to break? Rashi reads every application herself and responds within seven days. The acceptance email carries the payment link, payment confirms your seat, and the intake form arrives before your cohort begins. Seher runs scheduling, materials and the alumni WhatsApp group, so the logistics never land on you.

Unsure which track fits, or restarting after a career break and wondering where to begin? Message +91 99673 03364 on WhatsApp before you pay. A conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What the Output Looks Like

Every mentee finishes with a written Pattern Report. The excerpt below is illustrative, condensed from the program’s structure; names and details are invented.

“

Primary pattern: the Reliable Workhorse. Fourteen-hour days across the last three roles, two promotions missed while absorbing work that belonged to three other people. Root cause traced to an inherited rule: good work speaks for itself. It doesn’t. The action: one observation presented in every weekly meeting, starting Monday. The safeguard: her name goes on the agenda before the meeting starts, so staying silent becomes the visible exception. The next ninety days: tracker review at day 30, negotiation practice at day 60, the promotion conversation with her reporting manager by day 90.

Illustrative excerpt from a Pattern Report summary. Your report names your patterns, not these.

Alongside the report you leave with the 90-day integration plan and the trackers you actually ran. They are the closest thing the method has to evidence: your own before and after.

Who Leads This Work

Rashi Mathur, founder of EvolveWithRashi

Rashi spent 17 years in Quality and root-cause investigation, as a Master Black Belt asking why systems fail. She brings that same discipline to the patterns that run careers: the 5 Whys, Poka-Yoke, handwriting analysis, and a pattern library built from years of investigation work. She leads every individual session, facilitates every circle session and writes every Pattern Report herself.

The circle is built for women at transition points. You may be restarting after a career break, re-entering work on your own terms. You may be moving into leadership and finding that what carried you last year goes quiet in the new role. The method meets each of these the same way: find the pattern, trace the root, design one action that holds.

What This Is, and What It Is Not

Read this before you pay. The boundaries are part of the offer.

The mentorship is a structured behavioral pattern investigation. It applies root-cause tools, handwriting analysis and peer observation to identify and interrupt the patterns that run your working life. Within that frame, it is honest work with honest limits.

On refunds: no refund after Session 2, and a seat can be transferred to the next cohort once. The full policies are in the refund policy and the terms and conditions.

On confidentiality: every circle member signs a written confidentiality agreement, and ground rules are set in the first session. Cohorts are capped, ten in Track 1 and eight per circle in Track 2.

Next step: choose your track above and use its pay button, request a sponsorship scope proposal from the sponsorship card, or message +91 99673 03364 on WhatsApp with questions first. Nobody at EWR will push you into a track that isn’t yours.

Investigate the pattern. Then change it.
