The Curriculum

Module 1: Foundations of Graphology

History, science, and the EWR approach: handwriting as a diagnostic tool, not a definitive verdict. Ethics, limitations, and your first sample collection.

Module 2 (SURFACE): What the Page Reveals Before You Read a Word

The Layout Audit across margins, spacing, and boundary architecture. The Emotional Triad of slant, pressure, and size. A hands-on lab produces your first Surface Audit profile and pattern hypothesis.

Module 3 (MAP): Zones, Connections, and the Decision Architecture

The three zones and where the writer’s energy goes. Letter connections and how the writer thinks. The lab constructs your Decision Architecture Map.

Module 4 (INVESTIGATE): Letter Shapes, Signatures, and the Authenticity Gap

The Adapted 5 Whys for handwriting, where a personality label can never be the final answer. The Signature Gap between public self and private self, and the Reasonably Authentic Person Test.

Module 5 (CATEGORIZE & RECOMMEND): The Pattern Profile and Counter-Pattern Design

Synthesize the full four-component Pattern Profile, then design a counter-pattern and a Poka-Yoke for the pattern your sample revealed.

Module 6 (IMPLEMENT & CAPSTONE): The Handwriting-Conversation Method

Using the profile with a real person: three hypotheses, six conversation questions, and the rule that the conversation outranks the handwriting. Ethics, consent, and professional practice. The Capstone is a complete Handwriting Pattern Investigation Report, the same caliber of output used in a paid analysis session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior graphology experience?

No. Module 1 covers the foundations: history, science, the EWR approach, ethics, limitations, and first sample collection. If you can hold a pen, you can start.

What do I need for the labs?

A handwriting sample to work with from Module 2 onward. Your own writing works fine. If you use someone else’s, ask them first. Consent is part of the method, and Module 6 treats it seriously.

Is this a professional graphology certification?

You receive a Certificate of Completion for the course, issued when your Capstone report is in. It records the investigation you did. It does not license you to make hiring, medical, or legal decisions off handwriting, and no single course should.

How long does the course take?

It’s self-paced. Each lesson runs 10 to 12 minutes, and each module carries a lab and a quiz. Most learners finish in four to six weeks at a module a week.

Can I use this with clients?

Yes, and Module 6 is built for exactly that: the Handwriting-Conversation Method, consent, confidentiality, presenting findings as tendencies, and when to refer instead. Handwriting gives you the hypothesis. Conversation gives you the evidence.
