Not a party trick
Graphology has a reputation problem — fortune-tellers at parties. Applied properly, it is a structured diagnostic: pressure, slant, spacing, and rhythm are observable behaviors that map to how a person handles pressure, decisions, and people.
What it reveals
Handwriting is behavior made visible. When someone writes, they make hundreds of micro-decisions — size, pressure, spacing — under minimal conscious control. The system making those decisions is the same one that runs their meetings.
Where it is useful
We use it as one input in B2B hiring assessments (with consent) and in personal pattern sessions — never as a verdict, always as a lead for investigation.
