A compliance check across what the Act expects of a society workplace: the POSH policy and whether anyone has read it, the Internal Committee (constitution, and setup where it doesn’t exist yet), the complaint channel and whether staff know how to use it, SHe-Box registration, workplace notices, training records, and coverage of the staff, vendors, and contractors on your premises. Every parameter is rated Green, Yellow, or Red with the evidence behind it. You receive a written PDF report: the gap analysis, recommendations sorted into immediate, 30-day, and 90-day actions, and the one high-impact action to start with.
Scenario-based awareness, run separately for the committee, the staff, and the vendors, in the language each group actually speaks. The committee module covers its legal duties and the complaint-handling sequence; the staff and vendor modules cover what counts as harassment, how to report it, and to whom. Sessions end with an attendance record the secretary can file, which is itself a compliance artefact for the next inspection.

The risk line, said plainly: the audit is a compliance diagnostic, not legal representation, and a clean report reflects the evidence reviewed at that point in time, not a guarantee against future incidents.
