Who This Is For

What You Walk Away With

Not another list of motivational tips. You leave with a Career Pattern Report.

Who This Is Not For

The Curriculum

8 modules. 27 lessons. Self-paced. Every module ends with a hands-on lab, a workbook, and a quiz.

Module 1

SCOPE: Isolating Your Career Friction

Good reviews can hide a promotion ceiling. You learn to tell a vague feeling of being stuck from a specific, recurring, evidenced friction, then write the Friction Statement you carry through the entire course.

  • 1.1 The Green Dashboard Lie: Why Your Career Looks Fine But Feels Wrong
  • 1.2 Symptom vs Structural Leak: What You Feel vs What’s Actually Breaking
  • 1.3 Hands-On Lab: Scoping Your One Career Leak
Module 2

SURFACE: Career Plan vs Daily Reality

Your job description says one thing. Advancement on your team runs on another. You audit the gap between the two, including the unwritten rules and the workarounds that quietly replaced your five-year plan.

  • 2.1 The Career Plan Mirage: When Your 5-Year Plan Is a Work of Fiction
  • 2.2 The WhatsApp Career Plan: When Workarounds Replace Strategy
  • 2.3 Hands-On Lab: Conducting Your Career Surface Audit
Module 3

MAP: Career Dependency & Concentration Risk

Careers have single points of failure too. You map where yours are: one skill that could be commoditized, visibility tied to one manager, one relationship carrying too much weight. Then you score them in a Career Concentration Risk Matrix.

  • 3.1 Mapping Career Key Person Dependency: What Breaks If Your One Skill Becomes Obsolete?
  • 3.2 Visualizing Career Handoff Friction Across Transitions and Teams
  • 3.3 Single-Point-of-Failure Auditing in Your Career
  • 3.4 Hands-On Lab: Constructing Your Career Concentration Risk Matrix
Module 4

INVESTIGATE: Forensic Root Cause Tools for Your Career

The 5 Whys, adapted for personal patterns, where “I just need to try harder” is a banned answer. You add a career fishbone diagram and the Honest Friend test, so you separate the pattern from self-blame.

  • 4.1 The Adapted 5 Whys: Why “I Just Need to Try Harder” Is Banned as an Answer
  • 4.2 The Career Fishbone Diagram: Six Categories of Career Failure
  • 4.3 The “Honest Friend” Test: Separating Pattern from Self-Blame
  • 4.4 Hands-On Lab: Reconciling Your 5 Whys and Career Fishbone Findings
Module 5

CATEGORIZE: The 5 Career Pattern Types

You name the pattern: Workhorse Loop, Guilt-Compliance Rule, Visibility Avoidance, Capability Gap, or AI Commoditization Risk. Each one calls for a different fix, and you learn the verbal tells that expose yours in your own language.

  • 5.1 The 5 Career Pattern Types: Naming the Type of Pattern
  • 5.2 The Verbal Tells: How to Identify Each Pattern in Your Own Language
  • 5.3 Hands-On Lab: Categorizing Your Career Pattern
Module 6

RECOMMEND: The ONE High-Impact Action & Career Poka-Yoke

You design one 14-day boundary experiment. Small, specific, structural. Then you mistake-proof it with career Poka-Yoke, so the pattern can’t quietly absorb the change and carry on.

  • 6.1 Why ONE Action: The Mathematics of Career Attention
  • 6.2 Career Poka-Yoke: Designing Mistake-Proofing for Your Own Behavior
  • 6.3 Hands-On Lab: Designing Your ONE High-Impact Action with Career Poka-Yoke
Module 7

IMPLEMENT: Building Career Accountability & Tracking

Willpower is not a safeguard. You build one that is: a Poka-Yoke safeguard for your own behavior, 14 days of post-experiment tracking, and a 90-day dashboard that shows whether the change held.

  • 7.1 Why Your 14-Day Experiment Needs a Safeguard (Not Willpower)
  • 7.2 Tracking Your 14-Day Post-Experiment Metrics
  • 7.3 Institutionalizing the Change So the Pattern Can’t Return
  • 7.4 Hands-On Lab: Building Your 90-Day Career Implementation Dashboard
Module 8

CAPSTONE: Your Career Pattern Report & Next Steps

You assemble the Career Pattern Report, learn to use it in real conversations like appraisals, job searches, and negotiation, and get a clear signal for when a pattern runs too deep for self-investigation and needs live work.

  • 8.1 Assembling Your Career Pattern Report
  • 8.2 Using Your Career Pattern Report in Real Conversations
  • 8.3 When One Experiment Isn’t Enough: Pattern Breaker

About the Investigator

Rashi Mathur

Rashi Mathur

Founder & Principal Investigator

Rashi Mathur has spent 17 years in Quality and root-cause investigation, leading global Quality and Training functions across BPO, manufacturing, and tech. She built the Pattern Intelligence Method after noticing that every framework she applied worked on processes but missed the behavioral pattern driving the process failure.

In this course she turns the same forensic method, the one she runs inside paid diagnostic engagements with companies, on the one organization you actually run: your own career.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a live course?

No. The course is fully self-paced, with no scheduled sessions to attend. After Module 4 you have the option to book a 1:1 Pattern Session with Rashi if you want the finding investigated live. That session is priced separately.

Is this career coaching?

No. Coaching tends to ask what you should do differently. This course asks what specific pattern, running underneath your career, keeps producing the same outcome, and where it came from. That is a diagnostic question, and it needs a method.

How long does the course take?

About 6 to 8 hours of material across 8 modules. Most learners spread it over two to four weeks, because the hands-on labs run on a real friction and the 14-day experiment runs on real days.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access. You buy once and the modules stay available to you.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Submit the capstone Career Pattern Report and, once it is approved, you receive an EvolveWithRashi certificate of completion as a PDF plus a PNG sized for LinkedIn, with a unique certificate ID.

What is the refund policy?

Self-paced courses are non-refundable once access is provided. If you have not accessed the course, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
