What’s inside every report: Attrition Pattern Analysis • Quality Pattern Analysis • Compliance Pattern Analysis • CX Pattern Analysis • Pattern Intelligence Insight by Rashi Mathur • Quarter-Ahead Outlook • Sources & Basis. Each report uses the EWR 7-stage loop model to map industry behaviours and name the counter-patterns.
Every edition, in every industry, is built to one structure, so you always know what you are buying before you buy it.
Four numbered domain analyses: attrition, quality, compliance, and customer experience. Each domain runs the same grammar: The Numbers, then the named Pattern mapped as a 7-stage loop, then 3–5 numbered counter-pattern cards you can act on. A Global Mirror section reads the same quarter worldwide, one Pattern Intelligence Insight names the master pattern, and From Pattern to Action maps each finding to a scoped intervention. 14–15 pages.
The same four domains with a full year of evidence behind them: two named loops per domain where the year warrants it, five to six findings on the executive summary in a finding-card grid, and the master loop rendered as a full timeline diagram. Every retrospective states plainly that it was prepared in hindsight, looking back at the year. 24–26 pages.
Year-wise benchmark tables first (2024, 2025, and 2026 columns with a direction reading), then the Pattern Arc: which loops escalated, which resolved, which emerged, and which stayed constant. The shortest and most table-dense edition; the document a board reads. 9–10 pages.
Education and Healthcare editions substitute the India Mirror for the Global Mirror: the same period read state by state and segment by segment, using India-only data. Every number that appears in a data strip is traceable to the Sources & Basis page at the back.
This is how a finding reads inside a report, so you can judge the depth before you pay for one.
The numbers. Frontline attrition ran in the double digits across institutions and years, per the sector’s own disclosures. Exits clustered around the monthly incentive cycle, and the experienced relationship holder had become the market’s most bid-for mid-career profile.
The pattern, as a 7-stage loop. The growth engine demands its fuel (trigger); the floor staffs to the quarter’s ambition (activation); the numbers print (action); the quarter closes and the model feels validated (relief). The cost lands on the next resignation: the portfolio’s relationships reset with every departure, and the replacement rebuilds what the exit unwound, at the customer’s patience’s expense. Recognition arrives as dormant accounts and “service quality” complaints, and the cycle restarts with the next hire.
The counter-pattern. Track portfolio value through the exit, not just headcount. Price the senior performer’s retention against the replacement’s ramp. Read the dormancy rate as the ledger the churn already spent.

Every report is researched and written by Rashi Mathur, who spent 17 years in Quality, CX, Training, and Governance across the US, Germany, Spain, Japan, and the UK before building the Pattern Intelligence Method. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a POSH-certified professional.
The straight risk line: an Industry Pattern Report is an industry-wide analysis, not a custom investigation of your organization, and pattern intelligence describes loops rather than predicting outcomes.
